IAC2 requires membership in the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and successful completion of any one of the following courses:

• InterNACHI’s free, online Mold Inspection course (to be IAC2 Mold Certified)
• InterNACHI’s free, online Radon Measurement Service Provider course (to be IAC2 Radon Certified)
• InterNACHI/NACHI.TV’s Online Mold course
• Inspect4Mold Mold Course
